     Lantern‑making workshops: for the Chirk Aqueduct 225 celebrations will take place at St Mary’s Church Hall, Chirk on Thursday 10 September and Saturday 12 September, 10am–1pm. Led by local artist Sophia Leadill, these free sessions provide all materials, and finished lanterns will be carried in a special autumn parade at Chirk Castle. Places are limited, so please book with Sarah or Matt.
