Greetings for Advent Sunday, 2025

Dear Friends, 

We now begin the season of Advent—a time of waiting, hope, and preparation for the coming of Christ. One of the real joys for me has always been the Advent wreath. I remember waiting my turn as a child to light a candle. As we light the first candle for the patriarchs, we remember God’s promise and look forward with expectation. 

Let us pray expectantly to God and open our hearts to His presence and walk in the light of His love.

I taking services in Ruabon and Penylan tomorrow. Gary will welcome you to St. David’s or St. Mary’s.
