Greetings for Advent 4, 2025

Dear Friends,

I can’t believe we have almost made it to Christmas. It is amazing where time goes by.

A highlight for me has always been counting down the days. Whether we do this using a chocolate Advent calendar or lighting the Advent Wreath in church we can prepare our hearts and minds for Jesus coming afresh into our lives.

Today we light the candle to remember Mary, the mother of our Lord, and her very special role in God’s plan.

I share a prayer with you:

 “Lord, as we light the candle of love, help us follow Mary’s example of trust and obedience. May Your love shine through us as we prepare to welcome Christ into our hearts. Amen.”

I have attached the notices for tomorrow.

It would be lovely to see you over Christmas and beyond.
