Greetings for Remembrance Sunday 2025

Published by J Brown on

Dear friends,

This Sunday we gather for Remembrance Sunday, a time to pause, reflect, and give thanks.
As we remember the fallen, we also hold before God all who continue to live with the cost of war;
The wounded, the displaced, and those who grieve.

In our prayers, we will give thanks for courage and sacrifice, and continue to pray for peace in our world today.
May our remembering lead us to live as people of peace, compassion, and hope.

“Lest we forget.”

Please remember also, the times of the church services have been amended to ensure we can participate in the civic act of remembrance at the cenotaph.

Every blessing,
In peace and joy,

Gary
