Sunday Club continues at home!

Palm Sunday

This week to celebrate Palm Sunday children from Sunday Club made their own Palm branches at home. Here are some pictures of their work.

Passion Sunday

Children from our Sunday Club have been busy at home. This week some have drawn flowers and some have painted stones. Our story this week was based on John 11.1-45, where Jesus came to see his friends Mary and Martha who were scared because Lazarus was ill and died.

On our flower petals we wrote things that make us feel sad or frightened, then in the centre of our flower we wrote Jesus, to show that Jesus is always with us.

The stones were painted to remind us that God is our rock, our ever present help in times of trouble.
