This community project will start again on Easter Eve, Saturday 3rd April, 12 - 4, in Froncysyllte Community Centre. It will run through to the end of October every Saturday and Sunday, 12 noon until 4pm. Please support this project - they give a lot of money to various groups in Froncysyllte, including our St David's Church, for which we are very grateful.

Tidy Churchyards

Please note that Church in Wales regulations do not permit artificial flowers or fragile flower pots or any other objects in its churchyards. Cut flowers or low growing flowers only, please! Full regulations available for inspection from the Vicar. We thank our volunteers for all they do in our churchyards.

News from St David's Church		Welcome
Regular Services Visitors are always welcome to our services at Saint David's Church, Froncysyllte. Family Communion is held at 9:30am every Sunday at St David's Church. On the last Sunday of the month there is either a Family Service or Matins. These are also held at 9:30am. St David's Chuch Committee Meeting Next meeting: Monday 17th May, at 2:00pm in the church. Parochial Church Council Next meeting: Thursday 20th May, 7:00pm, St Mary's Church Hall. Church in Wales Churchyard Regulations 2010 (English) (Cymraeg) Church Bell Turret The bell turret has been rebuilt, and the bell mechanism reinstated at a total cost of about £9000. Let us hope more people will come to church on Sunday morning when they hear the bell rung. Royal Visit Souvenir Book This attractive booklet is full of colour photographs of local people meeting Prince Charles. Price only £5 - an ideal present for friends and family (think of Christmas!). Available from Fron Post Office, Cakes & Company and Julie Williams. Cleaning our churches If you are able to help, please see one of the church wardens. Prayers and Readings at Sunday morning services If you would like to join the rotas for leading the prayers or reading the Bible readings at our services, please see the Vicar. Thank you.... to all those who helped to organise the Parish Christmas Fair and St David's Soiree, and to all who assisted in any way in the Christmas services.		Welcome to the Parish Church of St Mary, Chirk. Our church is part of the Church in Wales within the Anglican Communion: "Catholic and Reformed". Our Sunday morning worship uses the new services, whilst Sunday evenings and Thursday mornings we use the old prayer book. Children and families and enquirers welcome.
